Good day, I have been a loyal FNB customer for a number of years. My account is in good standing, and has been since i started banking with you guys. I have always enjoyed earning and spending my ebucks. I noticed that i had not recieved any ebucks for a number of months, so i called Ebucks on the 24 May, i was informed that the marketing consent had been removed. I advised the agent that i did not remove this consent. She advised that she will escalate this matter and that my ebucks will be back dated to when it stopped. I thank you for this however, i also wish to recieve my ebucks on all qualifying spends as well. As a result of wanting to earn more ebucks, i used a number of Ebucks affilated suppliers. Specavers, [URL Removed] to name a few. I would expect FNB to credit me my ebucks for all qualifying spend as well. Kindly escalate this to the relevant people to fix soonest. Thanks
