FNB only your money!!! BEWARE

I have a student life start account which is R23.50. Suddenly I was charged for value added services of about R6 per month. When I inquired about this the person running the Facebook page was of no help and Google stated that it was for services like ebucks, paying fines, etc. I can't get ebucks because it is a savings account so why should I pay for this when only people with cheque accounts can receive ebucks??? Worst is this month R44.80 was deducted for value added services!! I am utterly disgusted and after withdrawing money from an FNB ATM at Varsity I was also charged R7.50 because according to FNB it is not an FNB ATM so I assume there was tampered with the ATM then? Really disappointed in how you exploit innocent hard working people. I am a student with limited cash and you want to rob me of what I have. I have only had problems since switching over to FNB worst decision ever!!!
