No eBucks earned since 2011/2012

I would like to know why there has been no ebucks earned since 2011 or 2012 on my account, yet dormancy fees gets deducted on almost a monthly basis from my eBucks account. I regularly use my cheque card to purchase fuel and a few other purchases on a monthly basis. I do not have a household therefore my spenditure would be a lot less than the average person, but my fuel ranges from R 800 to R 1000 monthly and i always purchase other stuff using my cheque card during a month. These eBucks could have come in handy now when i needed to use it for Kalahari Textbooks. Is there a certain amount that you need to spend per month before you can earn eBucks?
