Credit account linked WITHOUT MY APPROVAL

I have both a FNB Cheque and Credit account. My Cheque account is linked to ebucks. I never linked the credit account because I didn't want this service for my credit account. This month I noticed a R200 ebucks linkage fee on my credit account. After making a few calls I discovered that my credit account was linked to ebucks on 08/13/2013 by someone WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL. So who is this person at FNB that I take to court for and how do i get this fixed. Someone at FNB is responsible!!! Since when do services get added for clients WITHOUT permission?
