I just want to thank the Customer Contract Management division, in special Ms Razona Louw, who assisted me in sorting out the unauthorised debit order on my account. The matter was sorted swiftly and efficiently and she remained in contact with me to update me on progress.

On Friday afternoon the matter was sorted and the refund paid to me, again I was contacted by Ms Louw to be informed of this. I truly appreciated this gesture and the understanding I received. It made me feel that I too was valued as a client of ABSA.
