Amount deducted from my account

Hi

I applied for a cash loan to sa360loans online. I got a call from Salma who is their call center agent with some questions for pre-approval. having answered all her questions, she mentioned an amount of about 400 that would be deducted from my account pending how the pre-approval goes, she told me she would call back with feedback. I was expecting a call before anything else happens. This was on the 11 September 2013 around 12:00.
No one got back to me or gave me any feedback. Until, the 24 October 2013 when a gentlemen called from 0877005604 telling me that he got my number in their system and understands that i applied online for a loan, to which i responded as not interested and having found alternative means. He told me their system was problematic hence the late response, however i still told him that i am not interested. This morning, 25 October 2013 i found that an amount of R399 has been deducted from my account. An amount i never agreed to. PLEASE ASSIST
