Woke up to sms from bank account that Absa took nearly R300 extra, after 8 calls, still not sorted!! Lots ofbad service and repeated calls and wasted airtime to rectify their mistake. And still not sorted! Very disappointed, no wonder Absa has the most complaints bythe banking onbudsman - is that the type of reputation you want to cultivate?
