I upgraded my cell phone contract in September, now I dont know why there is such poor communication between Elite mobile & Phonesure. I know I havent requested cell phone insurance but yet it was still added, then to top it off R119.50 gets deducted 5 days before my salary date, resulting my cheque account to fall into overdraft. I have been calling Elite mobile & Phonesure for the past two weeks, to have that money refunded, I have spoken to a Marilan at Elite mobile who was supposed to call my back after 48 hours of my first call... no call. I spoke to Steven at Phonesure who supposed to call back with 4-5 working days... no call. I ended up calling them back. Now its 2 weeks since that debit order went off on my account, the only feedback i received was that the insurance is cancelled, no mention of the refund.

I am appauled by their service & lack of customer feedback & I am tired of having to follow up on money that I did not authorize for them to deduct.
