PLATINUM ACC HOLDER! WHAT BAD TREATEMENT!

I am currently sitting at or thambo international airport and arrived early to relax at the slow lounge.. only to get turned away!

My platinum card split so I am currently using my previous gold card and the lady at the desk said she could not let me through.

I asked if I could give my acc number to confirm or log on to mybanking and was still denied. Even with me telling her my card broke and new one arrives next week.

This Is very disappointing, frustrating and embarrassing!

Wish this was controlled in a better manner!
