Denied access @ O.R.Tambo slow lounge

I had 30mins before my flight, so I decided to go to the slow lounge.
I am a FNB platinum card holder and until today I was pro FNB...
I was refused access to the slow lounge, when asked why I was told..." because they where only allowing private clients in"
Embarrassed and utterly disappointed i walked away.

Suckered into switching to FNB but you're just like the rest of the banks
