SO MUCH FOR 15 DAYS RESPONSE TIME

I am so over banking with Standard Bank, its issue after issue with them. I applied for the debt consolidation over a month ago, sent in all the required documents, phoned to make sure they had received them and had ALL the necessary documentation. I phoned last week to enquire about my application and was told a manager would be in touch. I AM STILL WAITING! I was informed the turn around time for response was 15 days yet, not even a courtesy call to inform me that the process has been delayed! ANYTHING, just so I know what the situation is. I am one very unhappy customer and I WILL be switching to FNB before this month is over. Standard Bank can keep their customer service!!!
