WHY MUST I WAIT FOR MY MONEY YOU OWE ME

HI

Momentum continuously sent out letter stating a pension fund owed me money, they requested documents and a tax directive which was sent to them and they confirmed they had received it,

Got a message 2 weeks ago stating they will re apply for the directive, and the money would be paid to myself
Stuart Burke with in 48 hours two weeks ago, well I am still waiting, when I spoke to a Mrs Botma today she said she would mail me by close of business today this certainly did not happen, how much money in pensions do they owe people and drag it out to earn interest. So I will have to go to the ombudsman what shocking service after I ran around getting everything they requested and still waiting for the money they owe me!
