Loan payments

I have applied for a loan, which was successful. The problem is the installments I have signed a contract for six months. For two months no debit order was asked for, 3 months after the last installment was due, someone all of a sudden woke up and no problem to them debited 2 payments from my bank account. Taking food out of my families mouth. When I tried to phone the branch the number does not exist. I'm sure I paid for 7 months instead of 6 and I would appreciate it if 1 debit order reversed back into my bank account asap.

At this stage I feel that Bridge loans is doing me in. PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!
