I resigned from work 3 months ago and posted pension fund forms on the 3rd of May. I was told I will wait three months and accordingly I was supposed to get my money today. To my surprise I didnt get the money and when I called the Durban office the lady said my claim was only captured today! Her explanation is that they are one month behind with capturing and I must call after two weeks to find out when I will get my money (she was not helpful). I am very angry! All I want is my money by the end of this week! I cannot wait any longer all because they are lazy.
