I called Outsurance to cancel my policy as I got a better deal somewhere else. I spoke to Johannes Swafo and he started explaining why I should not cancel. I told him that I really do not wan to stay with Outsurance anymore and that I want to cancel. He kept on and on about why I shouldn't cancel. I eventually told him that no matter what he says, I have made up my mind. He refused point blanck and didn't even give me chance to talk! How arrogant! After about the 4th time that I said that I want to cancel, and by now my blood is boiling, he still didn't take no for an answer and would let me talk. I had to put the phone down in his ear. He then called me back and started again, I was so Angry! I can't believe they treat you that way. I'm the customer, and it's my choice! Again he wouldn't let me talk and I put the phone down again. I called back and requested to talk to someone else who cancelled it immediately. I would have walked away a happy customer, but now I will tell EVERYONE that they shouldn't go near Outsurance! What a joke!!!
