Horriffying Policy, procedure & claims experiance

I took out a Vehicle and buildings policy with the mentioned supplier in the name of my business Nozbele Transport Services cc. I did not get the policy documents despite numerous calls requesting same as dealer would not release the new vehicle without proof of insurance. The dealer eventually obtained the "noting of instrests "
1.We still do not have policy docs.
2.The wrong amount was debited & we were promised a refund (21-10.2013), which we still have not received
3.We incurred losses due to lighting storm 19.10.2013 which we notified them to advise if covered on the 21.10.2013
4.Their suppliers came at night and when asked why so late they said "we have big sites & projects we could not just live them".

The premises currently don't have a functional electrical fence, CCTV while the consultant informed me to be more reasonable.
5.Additional damages were noted and inspected on the 24.10.2013 and supplier said would forward report telephonically yesterday.
6.This morning called to establish what the insurance is covering from a manager Belinda Theron.
She said I "should give them time as they do not work 24 hours"
