Passing the buck

I've been from pillar to post since getting my car back from the Panelbeaters that 1st for Women uses "TC Panelbeaters" - complaining about the same issues since March 2013 until this morning when my car broke down on my way to work. Now I have a car, not driveable and I have to foot the bill of how i'm going to commute until the original assessor can examine it, which will by the way only be this weekend!!!

When did I become responsible for the 'broken' parts in my car when I've been complaining about them for the past 7 months to deaf ears???
