Worst service/repairs on my ca

I've been sent from pillar to post since getting my car back from the Panelbeaters that 1st for Women uses "TC Panelbeaters" - complaining about the same issues since March 2013 until this morning when my car broke down on my way to work. Now I have a car, not driveable and I have to foot the bill of how i'm going to commute until the original assessor can examine it, which will by the way only be this weekend!!!

When did I become responsible for the 'broken' parts in my car when I've been complaining about them for the past 7 months to deaf ears??? & now they're claiming that it's wear & tear, and that these issues are not part of the accident i had in December. Had that been the case, why didn't you say so from the on-set. I get the feeling they don't want to claim responsibility for the slack & haven't cared much for my old inexpensive car. & who knows, probably me being a woman doesn't help either. They give a bad name to honest technicians out there, unfortunately there's aren't many.
