Client is saying something that makes no sense

I phoned the claims deparment at OUTsurance complaining that my car has been to the panelbeaters for almost two months and nothing has been done on it except that the doors and lights have been taken out and the car is collecting dust. I am without a car for that long and pregnancy is tiring especially if i use a taxi to work from vaal to jhb. He says something has been done to your car-the doors and lights have been taken out I am saying something that doesn't make sense. We querrel for minutes, I then ask for his supervisor he says I will not talk to anyone above but him. I wasn't expecting that kind of service I just wanted help for them to push the panelbeaters to work faster, i know they are waiting for a front; they received other parts why not put they back and only wait for the bumper. Mind you I was also complaining that a brand new car bought in February 2013 is sitting outside the panelbeaters storage and gathering dust inside and outside.
