UNABLE TO CANCELL POLICY

HELLO, I took up a debt/credit protection policy by mistake online. I want to cancel the policy. No one seems to know how to do this. I spent the past hour on the phone trying to cancel this.

This leads me to believe ABSA may be a confused bank with no defined processes. How can a Call Centre (0861 462 273) not know how to cancel a debt protection policy?

I assure you though, the money will go off my account.
