Absa Regent Paint tech policy

I purchased a Paint tech policy from a call cent re agent and was told and given in writing it would cost me R53.00 a month, my first premium went off of R75.00 .I must have made over 10 calls to absa and the regent group to try and find out why I was not being charged the quoted amount. No one could assist me, in desperation I can cancelled the policy .(I would have liked the policy but became so irritated I decided to cancell)
.I was given in writing by Absa that the policy had been cancelled. To my horror I then discovered it had been reloaded.
Absa gives there customers no protection.
