I'VE BEEN ASKING CLIENT TELE LIFE SINCE LAST YEAR ABOUT A POLICY I WANTED TO ENCASH. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE 120 PREMIUMS FOR MY POLICY TO PAY OUT. AFTER PAYING 120 (10YEARS) PREMIUMS I EMAILED THEM WANTING TO ENCASH ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ENCASED AND CAN NOW ONLY GET OUT R2273.26. I WAS AWARE OF THE PREVIOUS MONEY TAKEN, BUT TO ONLY GIVE ME R2273.26 AFTER 10YEARS... I ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN OF THE ENCASHMENT/S AND HOW MY MONEY WAS INVESTED. THIS EMAIL WAS SENT 24OCT12 AND TO DATE I HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY. I GET MAIL FROM THEM ALL THE TIME WANTING ME TO APPLY FOR A LOAN AND I EVEN GOT A CALL IN DEC12 ABOUT OPENING A FUNERAL PLAN OR SOMETHING... IS IT A NORM TO WAIT SO LONG FOR CLIENT TELE TO GET BACK TO CLIENTS? ALSO IF THEY HAD TOLD ME IN JAN12 THAT I WOULD NOT GET OUT R10 000 AS I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THEN I COULD HAVE CANCELLED THE POLICY THEN AND THERE, BUT THEY MAKE ME PAY ALL THE INSTALLMENTS THEN TELL ME THAT I WILL NOT GET ALL THE MONEY BECAUSE I'VE MADE AN ENCASHMENT...
