Fnb just wants your money

I went to Fnb earlier today asking for bank statements, the lady I dealt with told me it is R11 per page, she did not mention to me how many pages there would be nor did she say to me, do you not receive statements via email

I get back to my office, look at my bank account and see there is over R100 charged on Bank Statements

This is unacceptable, why is the proper service not given when needed? Are the tellers not there to help us?
