Charged for FNB statements without knowing!!!

Yesterday my Wife went to The Glen FNB and asked for 6 months bank statements. She got the statements but then later found out it cost her R188!! This is appalling to be charged so much money where i recently got my 6 months bank statements for nothing! And to add to this situation the lady never even said that my wife would be charged for the bank statements!!!
