Nedbank
After a month still no card received!!!

I currently have a savings account with NEDBANK and on 18/09/2013 at the Century City branch, I applied for a savvy account (Cheque account). I made a deposit of R50.00 in the account to ensure that it is active and I was told by the sales guy that the card would be available for collection by 23/09/2013 or 25/09/2013 for the latest and that I could notify my employers to deposit my salary in the new bank account. It has since been more than a month and I have not received any notification regarding the collection of my card. I then went to the Century City branch on 23/10/2013 requesting collection and I was then told that my card MIGHT only be available for collection on 28/10/2013. My salary will be paid into my account soon and I cannot access this without going into the bank. This is very unacceptable as I know that this should not have taken this long.
