Finalisation of claim

Two weeks ago I laid a complaint because FFW took forever to finalise my claim for my written off car. I got prompt feedback from Lyzette (Claims Manager) who finalised my claim and I was able to get another vehicle. I am still ensuring new car with first for woman for their great service, despite the few glitches initially. Thank you FFW.
