I reported on the poor service on the smartphone/ipad customer services on the 16th. I then got a call to inform me that I must take my iPad to the nearest Apple iStore, but seeing that we dont have one in EL, they sent a courier to come and pick up the device. The device was picked up on the 23rd of Jan, and to this day nobody has come back to me to say that my device was received and is being fixed or whatever the status of the logged call is. i am a paying customer and I demand better service than this. That device is being paid for including the data that is going unused while I know nothing of the status of my complaint. Why must there always be something to complain about before something gets done, why cant FNB just SURPRISE me and do things right the first time around.
