Nedbank renders Rotten Client Service

I have an existing arrangement with my current Nedbank Bond account. I was up for a renewal of such arrangement, so a consultant from [Email Removed] 016 4232358 (contact: Quenesza) company called me to ask for my details. I then promised to send the details as soon as possible, since I am on leave. Low and behold, two days later a armed white gent rocks up at my home in army fatigue, looking for me.

All he wanted was my contact details as they claim they are unable to contact me, yet I am a customer of Nedbank for the past couple of years and I promise you they have all my current contact details.

I work in the banking sector, so I find this behaviour, shocking, draconian, for one of our major banks to act in this disgusting manner. Besides, we live in the 21st century, and I believe that such tactics belong in the past

I am disgusrted with the treatment meted out to me. I was once a valued customer of the bank, now that one experience financial difficulties (R23 000), gives you no right to treat a customer like dirt.
