I made an application for a Nedbank Savvy Account, I received a letter from the online sales team advising saying :

Congratulations, we are pleased to inform you that your application for a Nedbank account has been approved subject to successful processing of your details. You will be receiving more communication pertaining to details such as account number and self service profile number as well as your delivery of card in the next couple of days

I need to have an account asap, and would also like to apply at other banks

I would like to know the outcome so I can make a decision as to which Bank I should choose

I find it very hard for one to follow up on applications or even general contact via e-mail
