Phoned 4 times in less than a week for R65

From last Thursday i have been called 4 times and a call was made to my 69 year old mother from RCS Cards about a R65-00 "short payment' on my monthly installment. After the first call i duly transferred R100-00 extra to cover the shortfall, enquired as to what my correct balance was etc. Lo and behold if i dnt get called another 3 times until i lost my temper and snapped at the "consultant". Well RCS i have been a client of yours for many years with a 100 % record, all you now have achieved is too irritate me to such an extent that once i have cleared the outstanding balance then i will close my account. Pity it was useful at times. I do not want ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE AND / OR TELEPHONE CALLS from RCS and i will not answer any calls either. Be aware that your harassment tactics have achieved the opposite of what you hoped to achieve. You have your R65-00 and lost a client for life in the process.
