Call Platinum Line nobody has a clue

I am quite disgusted, I just called the Platinum Line, and nobody has a clue about the Product, and the agents take me on hold, that irritates me, especially at this time of the day. My problem is very simple, I am quite irritated and upset, about whoever changed the system in the Balances. How on earth will I know, what my real balance is, there are two amounts, and that is rubbish. I understand when a cheque needs to be cleared, but now it is Irritating that everything needs to be cleared It is just a door opener for criminals .i want an explanation, best from my private banker.
