HE TELLS ME ABOUT A CALL MADE ON SATURDAY WHICH SURE DIDNT GET TO ME, AND AS FROM DOCS SENT ON WEDNESDAY AND ONLY GETTING CALLED ON SATURDAY. MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT'S SPECIAL WITH THIS PLATINUM SERVICE AND DEDICATED LINE IF THEY TAKE MORE THAN 48 HOURS TO GET BACK TO CLIENTS. THAT'S IRRITATING SERVICE AS I AM BRINGING MONEY TO THE BANK.
