The law is the law and you have to abide

By law, if you decline any line of Credit you have to give the client reasons for such declinature. Today I applied for a R20 000 personal loan online after all I am a Platinum Banker so why would I get declined, not so? Well I logged on line, done the necessary and my application was immediately rejected something or other to do with "... our records ..." The reason was neither clear, simple nor precise.By law you have to give me definitive reasons and yes, this I want to hear! I anxiously await you to comply with regulations and advise why my application was downright declined. I am sick of ABSA and their rubbish: Last year when I bought a brand new car ABSA was the only one out of seven banks to reject me. Seven peolple, seven!! What's the point of being platinum?
