My name is Charlene and I have a policy with platinum and about a week ago I send a request for my policy to be cancelled and I got an email from [Email Removed] stating that they have received my request and that they will respond within 48hours and that 48hours has lapsed already and to date no one still came back to me this is really upsetting as this is ruining my budget
