Overcharged

I have an account at Capitec and had a loan of about R2000 that i took out a while back. Capitec sent a guy to my work to come find out how much i can repay them since a stopped to pay the loan after i was unemployed. He showed me today that my loan is more than R6000 now and i only took out a loan of R2000.i am disgusted with their way of doing things. They could've just called me, why must they send someone to my work place?
