Platinum Life
NO REFUND OF PREMIUMS AT 50 AS PROMISED

I took out a Platinum Life Female cancer policy about 10 years ago. I was promised at the time that at age 50 half of the premiums would be refunded if no claims were submitted, I turned 50 a while back and I have sent numerous emails enquiring about this, but to date I have not received a reply - not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email.
