I applied for a payment holiday on my home loan account on the 9th of October, asking for a break for two months being October and November. Today is the 23rd, debit order is going off in two days and they cannot give me any feedback before 15 working days has passed??? How does this work, i'm a client and I made a request to be handled urgently. I'm really shocked about the services we get from the banks in this country. I need feedback today, as I cannot afford this months debit order to go off!
