RE: HOME LOAN FREEZE PAYMENTS
It is so easy to advertise you freeze payments for people to go on Holidays, but now that my house has burnt down and i am not living there I have a lot of other expenses. Therefore i contacted the bank who said it is no problem to Freeze my payments for November and October or however long i would like. Well I asked for two months. This was on the 23Rd of August- too short notice and takes up to 5 work days. I completed the forms and and it was received - loaded and a Manager would have phoned me back with in 10 days all of the sudden. In the meantime i have phoned twice. Today i phoned again and it has been "escalated"!!! to the department, but i cannot speak to them - they will contact me... WHY THE? Tomorrow my debit order will be going of once again.
There is absolutely no service at standard bank. People I dealt with inside MenlyN and Castle Walk branches are amazing at their Job by the rest are useless. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT TODAY AND CONTACT ME - ASAP...
