So on the 7th of October I applied to have my Home Loan debit order switched to FNB. When it was still not finalised on the 7th of November I sent an email to the Prestige Banker at the Rondebosch branch, the Prestige Line as well as the Home Loan Department.

I then received an email on the 7th of November which was once again just passed on. Followed by another email on the 8th of November forwarding my complaint to the account maintenance department (Ref no.: 55849089). So please tell me Standard Bank, how long does it take you to sort out a simple thing like changing the details of a Debit Order? So can I please speak to a Human-being, someone who understands my anger and irritation and can this be sorted out NOW?
