Outsurance

I only had good things to say about outsurance, but after this I am very disappointed, I took out insurance just tohave piece of mind for my home content, on the phone they sound the best and the most efficient, so I proceeded with them, also to get a out bonus, unfortunately on the 31/12/2013, they broke into my house and what they could take, I contacted the police, tried to contact out surance, no responce ad my window was totally smashed, then wanted to phone claims, they said they busy will contact me back, never did, a friend had to adk them to contact me, today is 14/01/2014 still heard nothing, not even a call to find out how am I doing after this incident, they put a assessor on wich I wont even comment on, this has and is the worst experience I have had, I only heard good things about outsurance, but did not experience any of it, this was and is a dramatic experience, I really expected more from the company that is supposed to be there for you in these situations.
