I was at Kwikspar in Florida Road on the 20/10/13. I received two smses saying that a payment went through. I went o Capitec for assistance. I am disgusted at the lack of service and blase attitue of your staff. As a customer I expect MUCH better. Your consultant refused to even log an error. How exactly am I supposed to resolve this issue? Spar refuses to assist as they say the bank has to sort it out. Yet the bank staff do not want to help! Can a manager/supervisor who is prepared to do their work please contact me so that I can resolve this matter. I am a STUDENT. I do not have the funds to be sent back and forth between spar and capitec in order to resolve this.
