DISGUSTING AND POOR SERVICE LEVELS

I was granted a loan with Capitec last year. When taking my loan I advised the consultant that even though my bank statement reads payment as the 2nd last day, this only does reflect on the last working day due to the fact that the company I work for and I bank with different financial institutions. Every month Capitec deducts the debit order from my FNB account and at the same time, holds back all my funds in my Capitec saving account (A TACTIC USED INCASE I DONT PAY) I have to call them to everymonth to ask if they could please pay back my money as they are sitting with a double payment. This takes 24hrs when contacting the Call Centre and can be done immediately if I go into a branch. Today Capitec has disgusted me in sending me an sms telling me that "FAILURE TO SETTLE MY LOAN ACCOUNT WILL AFFECT MY CREDIT RECORD...- my instalment is only due now and account not even in an overdue status. Again I am fedup of telling the decision makers to please change the debit order date to the last day of the month to ensure that they receive their payment successfully. So much for service levels @ CAPITEC. I'm disgusted at the service let alone their controls! A very unhappy client!!!
