Bad Service when youreally need them

On Saturday my Double Cab 4x4 Hilux was while attending to my Sons School Play. Everything was including my Wallet, Band Cards Cash. Logging the Claim was easy but getting the loan was not so easy, I was informed that I have to pay R700 cash to get the car. They where going to drop off the call at my house. Its now Sunday and I am still waiting. Beside calling them Twice yesterday. The help desk now tells me I need to go to OR Tambo to get the car! I have no way to get there Will not get to work tomorrow. So far its a disaster thank you OUTSURANCE The ad where you "Bend over Backwards" for customers comes to mind. I wonder how the rest of the claim will go.!
