STANDARD BANK A COMPLETE PAIN IN THE BOTTOM!!!

Hi there

I have my accounts in the collections department at Standard Bank. I am fully aware of that - but it seems Standardbank does not!!. I have spend my whole morning today 4 Sept 2013 From 8:30 am to 11:00 trying to figure out who is dealing with my accounts.
I am already in bad debt - now i had to spend money and time holding on while Standard bank staff cant assist me-my last call while holding for 5 minutes I GOT CUT OFF!!! come on now man just as easy as it is to load my name onto ITC try to understand that ROME WAS NOT BUILD IN A DAY i cant fix a year of being Unemployed in 8 months with interest man!!!
