NO FEEDBACK REGARDING CREDIT CARD

On the 12 December 2012 I applied for credit increase on my credit card. All the necessary docs was sent to me via email. This was completed faxed and emailed to the relevent department. When I called to query status, they advised that the turnaround times are 10 working days. A month has passed and to date I had no response from FNB credit card division.
