CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY I KEEP GETTING MESSAGES TO UPDATED MY DEBIT ORDER WHEN I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTRE A FEW MONTHS AGO UPDATING MY DETAILS. TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I CALLED TODAY REQUESTING FOR MT SMARTCARD NUMBER I WAS ASKED DO YOU WANT TO UPDATED YOUR BANKING DETAILS. I TOLD THE LADY THIS WAS DONE A LONG TIME AGO AND SHE TOLD ME SORRY YOU'RE NOT REGISTERED. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FIX THIS MESS AND CONTACT ME ASPA BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY I'M GOING TO THE BANK TO FIX THIS WHEN I REQUESTED THIS TO BE DONE.
I AM NOT GOING TO BE DOING AN EFT OR PAYING FOR MY ACCOUNT BY PNP EVERY MONTH WHEN THIS IS SOMEONE ELSE INCOMPETENCE. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOONEST BEFORE THE 25TH.
