I am very disappointed as I am struggling now for almost 2 months just to get my uCount card. When I applied for the uCount program I send an email asking confirmation that they will send the card to the correct address. They confirmed: Yes. What happened? It was send to the incorrect address. I have paid 2 months subscription and I am not able to use the program due to no card. Can somebody assist me or must I rather cancel my subscription. Please advise.
