I will struggle to keep this short! I opened a business account with FNB (believing they were the market leaders) on 04 September 2013. After a month of trying, hopelessly, I finally registered for online banking. In this month I received nothing but shocking service from the Gardens and Tygervalley branches - long queues, unable to answer questions and no solutions to my issues. the very next day I was unable to access my online banking and still today, 21 October 2013, am not able to log in. They have all my business money tied up and I'm unable to access it online. I went to close my account and they charged me roughly R77 for "service rendered" to date. I found it unacceptable that they charged me for a service I was not getting. Nearly a week after asking to close my account I am still waiting for my money (MY money) and they still haven't closed my account. Only last week did I speak to my business banker for the first time and only because I made an issue over the poor service I was receiving. I find is unacceptable that I am now without access to my money and still waiting for a corporate bank to give me what is mine. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use FNB. #patheticfn
