Poor response and inconsistency

I was previously under debt review and had constant dealing with a lady by the name of Candice Willemse who I found extremely efficient at all times. I enquired in May as to whether I could consolidate my ABIL accounts into one loan. My aim was to settle my accounts as a matter of priority as I have been able to settle all my other debts over the last 2 years. At the time I was told that this would not be possible as I was under debt review, but was told that once my debt review was rescinded I must contact them again and a consolidation could be done. Unfortunately Candice Willemse no longer works in that specific division, to the detriment of the division. I have sent numerous emails to African Bank customer services with no response. Today I received an email saying that I must contact their customer Service Dept. via telephone. The gentleman that I spoke to was very rude and really not interested in my story. He just said that he will put me through to sales and maybe a consolidation will be approved. I have also since received a legal letter from ABIL. What is the problem. I have never run away. I went to a lot of effort and expense to get my debt review rescinded and now this
