Absa - shocking service and faulty account blocks

I received a SMS from Absa, saying that I had to supply them with proof of residence and my ID. I went to the Menlyn branch and did all they asked after which the consultant told me everything was in order. A couple of weeks later I received another SMS from Absa saying that my account was blocked because I never supplied rhem with proof of residence and my ID. I went to the Woodlans branch to supply them with the documentation a second time. They apologised for their other branch's incompetency and once again told me everything was in order and I could access my account. It lasted less than a week. Today (5 days after my laat viait to Absa) I received another SMS informing me that my account is blocked and they need proof of residence and my ID. Frustrated out of my mind.
